少し前に出来た天ぷら屋さんのランチで
天晴れ天丼をいただきました。
目の前で店主が揚げた、揚げたての天ぷらをすぐにごはんに乗せていただきます。
天ぷらは海老2尾、キス1尾、なす1個、しいたけ2個、ししとう1個、ちくわ1個、筍1個、黄味がとろーりの
たまご1個の八種。
あと、赤だし、お漬物。
ごはんは大盛りも頼めるようですが天ぷらだけでもボリュームあるので今回は並盛りで。
熱々でサクサクふわふわの絶妙な揚げ具合の天ぷらに美味しいタレが程よく掛かってなかなか美味しかったです。
このクオリティでこの値段、コスパも良好。
店内も清潔感あり。
今度は夜に熱々天ぷらをアテに店名にもある、こだわりの美味しい日本酒でもいただきたいですね。
