ランチタイムにボリューム満点のマグロ丼がいただけるお店があると知り訪れる事に。
店内に入るとカウンター席とテーブル席があり、空いていたカウンター席に座り「鉄火丼(てんこ盛り)」(900円)と「味噌汁」(100円)を注文。
どんぶりには、溢れんばかりのマグロの刺身がたっぷりと盛り付けられガリが添えられ大葉の上にわさびが乗せられています。
マグロは赤身で鮮度もよく少しねっとりとした口当たりで旨みも強く、ごはんは海苔がまぶされた酢飯が使われており、マグロに醤油をかけわさびを少しのせていただきます。
味噌汁に出汁が効いており味噌に少し甘みが感じられ中にはマグロの身が入っており、マグロ丼と一緒にいただきました。
マグロはお刺身としては厚みがあるので食べ応えがありスジの様な部分も無く量もたっぷりと使われており食べ応えもあり美味しくいただきました。
わさびは辛味が強くマグロの赤身にはつけ過ぎは厳禁ですが中トロなど脂の多い部位にはたっぷりと付けても良いかも知れません。
