Our chef, Hana Nishiguchi. I was born in Fujian Province, China in 1979 and came to Japan when I was 23 years old. Fascinated by Japanese food culture, he began training to improve his skills. After gaining experience at various restaurant, mainly "Okonomiyaki Chibo", he opened "TEPPAN Hana" in 2019. The diverse menu created by the female chef's delicacy and sensibility is an unforgettable masterpiece.
