本日もかっとばしてまいりましょう。コメントじゃんじゃんどうぞ励みになります。
大阪府大阪市大正駅から歩いて1分の場所にある、生餃子製造トコロてんしんのきもちさんに御邪魔しました。
地元の関西人と1杯。ここは大正駅の周りでは相当美味しいとのことで来店。
ガラス張りの綺麗な店内。女性二人の2オペでした。
キャパは40名ほど。かなり人気な御店でほぼ満員状態でした。
まずはビールで乾杯。若干プレモルの注ぎ方があまりハーフサイズに近いが御愛嬌。
そのあと気を取り直して瓶ビールを頼みましたが、保冷用のカバーが付いておりかなりお客ファーストです。
店員さんもとても感じがよく好感が持てます。
餃子は手作りにこだわり皮から手作り。
ニラとニンニクを使わない餃子で4種の部位の豚を使い、
シャキ感のある白菜とキャベツのミックス。自家製の餡の出来も素晴らしい。
食べた時に自家製だとわかる特長のあるもっちりんとした餃子です。
注文したのは、
・保存料無添加焼き餃子・・300円
・せいろ蒸し餃子・・300円
・ゴマダレ蒸し餃子・・400円
・もちもち水餃子・・・300円
価格がリーズナブルですが、手が込んでいて美味しい。
全てメニューは英語と中国語の併用。
つまみが多く京セラドームも近いのでイベント観戦の方が小腹をすかせて訪れても、
がっつり食べてもあう店。
