肉汁たっぷりの手作り餃子
大正駅からすぐ、てんしんのきもちさん初訪問。
平日の13時頃、伺いました。
ゆったりとスペースをとった店内は、カフェのようなナチュラルな空間。
窓際のテーブル席につきました。
店内は分煙されていて、入って右が喫煙可のスペース。工房も併設されています。
皮や具材に強いこだわりを持ったこちらの餃子は、皮から手作りです
初訪問なので、おすすめの「餃子定食」(1080円)をオーダー。
お連れは「台湾まぜそばと焼餃子定食」(1180円)。
最初にトマトのサラダが出てきます。
某京都の洋食屋さんのような…湯剝きした丸いトマトの下にはポテトサラダが仕込まれています。
大き過ぎず食べやすいサイズ。
トレイにのって、餃子が登場♪
餃子にはしっかり味がついていてそのまいただいてＯＫとのこと。
味変にニラダレと辣油が添えられています。
肉汁が溢れるのでレンゲ必須と説明を受けましたが、確かにとってもジューシー♪
餃子は大きく、8個とご飯の定食はかなりなボリュームがあります。
おかわりOKのご飯はちょっとパサつき気味でちょっと残念。
食後にお茶とおしぼりのサービス。
ランチで２つ目のおしぼり提供なんて嬉しい～♪
冷凍の餃子を持ち帰ることもできます。
小籠包など、夜のメニューをいただきに再訪しよう。
