We offer two types of our signature Gyoza / Dumpling, which are thinly baked and crispy. Our ``grilled Gyoza / Dumpling'' made with domestic vegetables and Chami pork have been well-received as being so light and easy to eat that you can eat them endlessly. The ``ginger Gyoza / Dumpling'' are also delicious, with no garlic and the aroma of ginger gently spreading in your mouth. Please arrange with vinegar and pepper and enjoy. Not only does it go well with draft beer, but it also goes great with highballs, shochu, and sours.How about making it an appetizer for drinking?

“Shumai” is one of our two major menu items. We offer two types: ``Shrimp Shumai,'' which allows you to fully experience the flavor of shrimp, and ``Niku Shumai,'' which has coarse grains. Enjoy with vinegar soy sauce and seasonings.
