3年ほど前にステーキを食べに行った赤レンガ倉庫。
世界的に稀少なスーパーカーも多数展示されていて童心に帰ってワクワクしたものです。
今回はまたスーパーカーを見れると思うと嬉しくて堪らん♪
今回は嫁さんとその赤レンガ倉庫のステーキハウスの向かいにある素敵なフレンチの店に行って来ました。
少し早く着いて久しぶりにご対面したのはお気に入りの車のフェラーリディーノ、アルピーヌルノー、
トヨタ2000GT、コスモスポーツ。
久々に見てもやっぱり格好良かった〜！
さて時間になったのでお店に行くと、入り口から丁寧にエスコートしてくれた。
店内はステーキハウスほど広くなくてどちらかと言うと意外にもこじんまりしてると思った。
でも高級感ある雰囲気でめちゃくちゃ良い感じ。
トイレも素晴らしかった、笑
さてさて、この日頂いたのは、黒毛和牛のジャンルレスのこちらのコースです。

嫁さんと食事の時はほぼ車で行くのですがこの日も車なのでノンアルコールで乾杯♪
それじゃ食べるぞ^ - ^
◆メルバトーストの上に黒毛和牛のリエットなどを乗せたものと厚切りの生ハムの上にカブラやマスタードを
乗せたものなのですが、どちらもウマー！
黒毛和牛のリエットなので旨味たっぷりの脂がジュワッ！
生ハムは厚切りで良い食感と塩味でカブラやマスタードでフレッシュさをプラス。
最初から美味しい♪
◆寿司
和牛のとうがらしと言う部位でキャビアが乗ってる！
脂は控えめで赤身の旨味が強くてキャビアの塩味がアクセント。
赤ワインビネガーの酢飯がまた美味しくて肉を引き立てる。
もう1貫はミスジ炙りに雲丹とポン酢ジュレが乗ってバルサミコ酢の酢飯で仕上げてる。
ポン酢と雲丹がとろけて、その後噛んでいると肉の旨味に包まれる。
雲丹と牛の饗宴は強烈に美味しい！
◆スープ
トリプルコンソメスープに牛テールが入ってます。
コンソメがもの凄く深い旨みで牛の脂で丸みを増した感じでメチャウマ。
牛テールもトロトロに柔らかくて絶品だ。
スダチで味変するとまた別の美味さになって最高♪
◆竜の卵
高級玉子の龍の卵をカダイフで包み揚げて、ごぼうのピューレやスネ肉のラグーやトリュフを刻んだスープと
合わせてるそう。
カダイフの軽いサクサク感と玉子の黄身のとろみ具合の両極端な食感が楽しい。
牛蒡やトリュフの香りが次々押し寄せラグーの旨味がダメ押し的にやって来た♪
◆KING 1/2
コンフィした和牛のイチボをグリルしてるから、軽く表面を焦がしただけで食べれる。
だから、カットしたら中は綺麗なピンク色で肉汁たっぷり。
マスタードソースで頂くと超柔らかくて絶品のステーキ♪
コンフィしてから焼くと手間がかかるけど美味すぎる！
これは唸るほど美味しかった。
◆黒毛和牛ミルフィーユ 1/2
ここの代名詞である肉ミルフィーユ飯。
ローストビーフをミルフィーユ状に重ねたその下のご飯は魚沼産コシヒカリ。
キノコソテーも隠れていて卵黄を割って赤ワインと香味野菜のソースを絡めて食べたらこれも絶品！
複雑や旨味が幾重にも押し寄せてくる感じでウマー！
◆デザート
最後に出て来たモンブランがまた圧巻！
この器というか見せ方のセンスが凄くて美しすぎる！
このモンブランだけで何枚写真を撮ったことか、笑
食べてももちろん絶品で食べても見ても秋を感じる素晴らしい一皿だった。
期待以上の素晴らしい料理、ホスピタリティー、雰囲気で辛口の嫁さんもかなり気に入ってくれた様子。
ここはまた何かの記念で訪れたいな。
