あべの筋沿い千躰交差点から北へ数百m、住吉万代『あさず』さん。
電車だと南海高野線住吉東から東へ約400mのところにあります。
こないだ鰻食べたばっかりやのに、鰻欲が止まらへん…笑
さて、頼んだのは肝吸も付いた『鰻重上』（4,510円）。
この店の鰻は関西流ではなく、江戸流です。
つまり背開きで一度蒸してから焼くスタイルですね。
個人的にはこちらの江戸流の鰻の方が好きなんです。
ふわふわした鰻は口の中で脂が広がり、嗚呼日本人に生まれてよかったなぁと思える瞬間。
でもその脂は決して嫌な後味にはならず、箸が進みます。
タレはあまり濃くないので、鰻を邪魔せずちょうどいい塩梅。
でもこのタレがかかったごはんはナンボでもイケる感じ。
不思議やね〜！
漬物を途中食べながら食べ進めるのが結構いいバランスでした。
ちょっと贅沢ランチでしたが、美味かったので、満足ぢゃあ〜♪
