We put our heart and soul into grilling seasonal ingredients on a hot, thick iron plate until they are piping hot! This is Yaegaki's "Kuwayaki" style!
We are proud of our unique taste, unique alcohol and handmade dishes, including our main dish "Kuwayaki", our original shochu and local sake delivered directly from Yaegaki Shuzo, a brewery in Himeji.
... Not only are Meat Dishes such as pork belly, beef tendons and meatballs delicious, but Vegetable Dishes such as white onions and yams are also excellent! And Yaegaki's recommendation is the Tontama series! There are a wide variety of tonpeiyaki dishes made with Joshu Sangen pork. We also offer a course menu with all-you-can-drink options, perfect for a party with friends. The restaurant has a homey atmosphere, so please feel free to come and visit us!
