Kyushu Tonkotsu Ramen: Tonkotsu ramen is simmered for 8 hours to create a rich and refreshing soup. We offer three types of tonkotsu Ramen, soy sauce Ramen made with Kyushu soy sauce, and Japanese-style tonkotsu Ramen made with a blend of bonito stock and pork bones. All three types are authentic tonkotsu Ramen, so please come and try them.The soup will end as soon as the soup is finished.
