Our cuisine was developed in collaboration with a French cuisine chef who has experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants. A chef with an Italian Cuisine background and a chef with a French cuisine background use cooking techniques and sauces that incorporate French cuisine elements to create simple yet deep flavors. The lunch set includes Hamburg, fried shrimp, etc., and can also include rice, bread, homemade Ice cream, and soup. If you want a hearty meal, we recommend a menu that comes with side dishes.

The most popular item on the menu is the `` Hamburg'' made with Japanese black beef and ground beef. We are proud of its juicy taste. The No. 2 most popular dish is the ``brown sugar teriyaki duck'', which is caramelized with Ryukyu brown sugar, and has a fragrant grilled texture and a rich flavor. The "Assorted Fries" is also popular, and you can enjoy fried wild shrimp, seasonal shellfish, and Atlantic salmon.
