The udon noodles created here are made with carefully selected ingredients and are characterized by their chewy texture. Skilled craftsmen make subtle adjustments to the salt content and water temperature every day, then deliver the noodles to restaurants across the country.
Food ``Odashi'' is made by carefully taking time to bring out the maximum flavor.
We are particular about the flavor of only natural ingredients, so we want you to drink up the soup! The flavor is extracted from carefully selected Rishiri kelp using the cold brew method over 14 hours. We blend several types of bonito flakes that have been naturally dried and aged, and then carefully brew them over time to bring out the maximum flavor without adding any additives.
