お店の名前通り
お肉を焼くのもよし
キムチ鍋チリトリ鍋と辛めに攻めるのもよし
もつ鍋やちゃんこ鍋と和で楽しむのも
トマト鍋で洋風にするのもありな
色々楽しめるお店ですね。
この日に頼んだのは
まずちょっとだけ焼肉食べたいねーっと
タンとカルビとレバーを注文
タンは厚切りタンと迷ったのだけれど
厚切りでなくても十分な厚さがありシャクシャクと噛みごたえありました。正解〜♡⃛
レバーも臭みなく綺麗な分厚いレバー♡
焼肉なかなかクオリティ高いですね〜
もっと食べたくなったけれど
そろそろ今日目的のチリトリ鍋へ
ホルモンのチリトリ鍋
野菜は別だそうなので
お野菜の盛り合わせも一緒にオーダー。
まずお出しを舐めてみたら…
うーんちょっと辛い(>_<)
でもきっとこれが一般的な辛さなんだろうと思います。（私が弱いだけなんです）
だんだんと出し汁が育っていき
お野菜やホルモンの旨味が加わって奥深い味わいになります。
このお出しを全て味わいたいとご飯を頼んだのだけれど、ホールのバイトくん
ベトナムの方かな？

説明に疲れて中華そばお願いしました。
こちらは1発で通じたみたい。
綺麗なツルツルの中華そばも美味しかったです。
