You can enjoy grilled chicken Grilled skewer from 1 skewer at a reasonable price. ~ Sakai's hidden gem ~ Pesticide-free seasonal vegetables and rice (Koshihikari) grown by a father in Mie Prefecture. Sushi is made using Edomae techniques, where the fish is "prepared" while it is still fresh. The chicken is killed in the morning, and the soup for the chicken hotpot and chicken soba is made by simmering chicken bones and vegetables for over 8 hours. We also have a selection of sake that goes well with the dishes.
