遂におおがさんへ訪問できました。
静かな緊張感のある店内の雰囲気の中、
次々と料理、お鮨が出てくる。
一貫ずつのお鮨を、噛み締めながら頂きました。
こちらのお店のお鮨は、とにかくお魚のネタの味わいがすごいです。マグロもすごいですが、その他のネタも、すべて薄味にして、ネタ本来の味を味わうことができました。
満足いく高級鮨です。
