By chance, there was an opening for selection on the day, so I made a reservation. I occasionally get emails about vacancies, but I'm never able to get a reservation, so this was a long-awaited visit. The food was amazing from start to finish. The rice was a little firm with red vinegar, just the way I like it. The toppings were fresh and exceptionally delicious. I was also happy to be able to taste a lot of Tsukiji Yamayuki tuna. I understand why it's difficult to make a reservation, and even at this price, I'd like to go again. Sushi Sushi 've ever eaten, and I wonder why it can be so different even though it's the same Sushi.
