``Unama Mountain Chicken Grilled'', which uses local chicken from Miyazaki Prefecture, is available in limited quantities. Because it was grown in an environment with large temperature differences, it has a firm body and a concentrated flavor. We only season with salt and pepper to bring out the natural flavor of the chicken. In addition, we recommend ``Satsuma Jidori'', one of Japan's three major local chickens, simply seared. This is a masterpiece with chewy meat and a strong flavor! Please enjoy our local chicken dishes to your heart's content, where you can enjoy the unique flavors of the ingredients.
