牡蠣大好きな私としては、牡蠣食べ放題と聞いて早速注文!
大ぶりな殻付きの牡蠣がふんだんに出てきて、炭火で焼くとぷりぷりの大きな身がプリンと出てきます レモンをかけても、ポン酢をすこーしつけてもバジルタレを付けて、色んな味を楽しみました。
でもこれだけ大きな牡蠣のお汁がたっぷりなのはやっぱり何も付けずこのまま戴くのが最高でした。
渋いニヒルなマスターに聞くと相生の牡蠣だそうです。
これぞ大阪のおばちゃんというマスターの奥さんも喋ると元気を貰えます。
唐揚げも研究して作ったという特製タレががかっていてビールがすすみます。
又行ってみたいお店でした。
あ〜又あのぷりぷりの牡蠣が食べたくなってきた〜
