こちらの名物「 炊き餃子 」は博多の新名物をして定着しつつある逸品
鶏ガラとトンコツで採ったスープで餃子を炊いた、水餃子に近いもの。
二種類のスープは、サッパリさと濃厚さを兼ね備えた「元祖」と
味噌をニンニクの風味がガツンと旨いタイプの二種類。
具にもしっかりと味があり、皮が持つ独特の歯ごたえとのバランスが抜群。
