最近、堺駅前、堺東駅前を再開拓しようとしております。まぁダイエット中につきあまり夜は行きたくないので昼で試せるところは試そうかとブラつきます。
ココは新しくて気になっていたお店。
ランチは1000円の大麦豚のランチのみ。
ソースベースか辛味噌とワサビおろしで食べるかを選べます。辛味噌とかのほうを選ぶと辛味噌、ワサビおろし、あともう一種類持ってきてくれます。ピンク色の謎の物体だったので聞くとカリカリ梅とのこと。
言わなわからん笑
でもこのカリカリ梅、ご飯に乗せて食べるとサッパリしてとても美味しい。豚のステーキなので脂を上手く洗い流すようです。
肝心のお味は悪くないです。辛味噌は…少し辛いです
ワサビおろしのほうが好みかな。
食べやすいように、タレをつけやすいように切ってくれてます。あ、焼き加減を鉄板で調整しやすいようにという意図もあるかな。
ただ、もう少しおっきく切ってくれてたら食べた感がすごくあるかもねーとか思いました
ごはんお代わりできるので若い人には良いですね！
