Mitsuki Fukumura (37), a native of Okinawa Prefecture, worked at a Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) restaurant for less than 10 years, and decided to move to Shiga Prefecture during the coronavirus period to work at Omi Beef Hormone Livestock Sudaku. This is my first time working at a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant, so I'm learning about meat and internal organ hormones every day!
