商店街を歩いてたら美味しそうなお肉の写真を発見してしまいました|ω･)ㄘﾗｯ
ホントはサクッと食べて帰るつもりが結構豪華なランチになっちゃった！ならば思う存分味わった鉄板焼『一楓』さんでひつまぶしを頂きました。
階段を降りて行くと、掘りごたつのテーブル席と4つ程の椅子のカウンターがありお客さんはちらほら。
ランチメニューは一択『ひつまぶし』のみ。
◎黒毛和牛のひつまぶし 1800円
お重に入ったひつまぶしのお肉は綺麗にごはんの上に並べられ、良い感じにサシが入ってます。お肉はレアに近い状態ですが、ごはんの熱で脂が程よく溶けて食べ頃で出して頂けます。
中央には卵が鮮やかに乗り、卵黄雪崩がまた楽しくもありお肉に絡まり合うのも良い。
ただ、最後にお出汁でも食べたいから卵黄が付いたごはんはちょっと嫌で慎重に食べ進めました。
味は醤油、ステーキソース、塩ごま油、おろしポン酢と薬味にわさびと刻み海苔が添えられています。
テーブルにはお醤油とステーキソースしかないので塩ごま油とおろしポン酢は別途お願いすると頂けます。
個人的にはわさび醤油が好きかな♡その次はおろしポン酢。ステーキソースはソースの味があまり好みで無かったのとお肉の旨みを感じるならあっさりの方が良いと思います。
最後にお出汁と頂きましたがお出汁が美味しい！お出汁で食べる食べ方まで楽しもうと思うと、もう少し量が欲しいと思いました。
野菜が一切ないのでサラダが付くと嬉しい♬︎♡
贅沢なランチは幸せなひと時でした。美味しかったのでプチ贅沢をしにまた行きたいと思います！
