Our signature ``Soy Sauce Fat Ramen'' has a sweet taste from the backfat, with less taste from the sea bream stock. It's so light that you can eat it every day without getting tired of it.The soy sauce sauce was created through trial and error in collaboration with Kobe's long-established store, Ikemoto Soy Sauce. We use original products that have been completed over time. In addition, the salt sauce made with no expense spared uses seven types of dried foods. It has a special taste that is a blend of rock salt and seaweed salt.
