ChefChef/Mr. Susumu Nishiyama
Born in 1978, from Osaka Prefecture. From the time he was born, he was influenced by his father, a French chef, and grew up surrounded by cooks. After graduating from high school, he trained at a French restaurant in Kobe. In 1998, he became the head chef of Bon Village Sennan Main Branch. In January 2005, [Bon Village Oze] opened in Kishiwada City. He has the ability to win an award at REDU-35 sponsored by Gurunavi.

At Bon Village Ozay, we offer party/ reserved plans and space layouts to suit a variety of situations. It can accommodate up to 40 people seated and 60 people standing.
