大将の目利きが素晴らしい
海鮮丼と煮魚の定食をいただきました。海鮮丼にはマグロ、カンパチ、コウイカなど新鮮な魚介がふんだんに乗っており少し甘いタレとよく合います。煮魚は天然の小鯛。半身ですが贅沢です。魚は大将の目利きが素晴らしいので鮮度が抜群によく、また包丁捌きもさすがの一言。

BSの番組を見ての訪問です。海鮮丼と煮魚の定食をいただきました。海鮮丼にはマグロ、カンパチ、タイ、コウイカなどが入っており鮮度もよく美味。大将の目利きの確かさを感じます。煮付けはカワハギ。クリっとした食感の身がたまらない。このクォリティの魚で¥1350ですからかなりコスパ高いですね。
同行した妻の注文した天丼にはキス、白子、カキなどが盛り沢山でこちらのほうも美味しそうでした。

とにかく魚が旨い魚てつさんですが本日のランチは地物煮魚定食です。なんと！夏の高級魚アコウの登場ですね。アコウの煮付はあらゆる煮付のなかでも一番好きなものです。上品な白身なのに上質の脂がよくのっており白ご飯との相性も抜群。刺身もアコウと地タコで大贅沢。¥2340-となかなかのお値段ながらキタやミナミの割烹で食べたら¥10000コースのクォリティなので納得です。
