The interior of the store has a calm interior with a white theme and brown and green furniture, as well as table seating and a VIP room that can be used for a variety of occasions. Mr. Tatsuya Kuhori has been studying Chinese cuisine for a long time since knocking on the door of a long-established hotel in Hokusetsu at the age of 19. In 2017, I joined Re-Life Co., Ltd. and became the head chef at ``Lee Tsang Tingluqua'' restaurant, and in 2020 I became the head chef of our restaurant. Based on Beijing, Cantonese, and Szechuan Cuisine, we offer authentic cuisine that maintains good old Chinese cooking techniques while incorporating changes that suit the times.

Our manager, Masahiro Takahashi, graduated from a hotel vocational school at the age of 20 and got a job at a hotel in Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture. Through my 10 years of bartending work, I gained a wide range of knowledge about alcohol, and from that experience I learned the depth and joy of the customer service industry. After that, he gained managerial experience at various specialty Restaurants, including Chinese, Western Cuisine, and Japanese Cuisine, and was appointed manager of Roman Rue in March 2022. With our motto of kindness and courtesy, we provide customer-oriented service.
