前菜３種盛り合わせ
海老のネギソース、鴨ロース、クラゲとイクラ。クラゲが美味。
蟹肉入りフカヒレスープ
蟹とフカヒレの夢のコラボ。スープは優しい味付けです。
烏賊と帆立貝柱の香草炒め
こちらも優しい味付け。中華に珍しくパクチー。
牛肉と野菜の紅麹仕立て
珍しい麹仕立て。辛そうな見ためだけど辛くない。
鱈と鱈白子の蒸し物 魚醤油
白子。臭みがなく柔らかくて美味。
海鮮入り餡かけごはん
海鮮餡かけごはん。烏賊や海老が入っていて意外と食べ応えあり。
チャイニーズデザート2種
豆乳プリンに合わせるのは山椒のソース。意外なソースだけれど不思議とよく合います。
上品ながら新しさもあり、美味しくて面白いコースでした。これだけのものがこの値段でいただけてしまうのは素晴らしいです。
