The best selling item is the "Shikoku Udon" which is filled with wakame seaweed grown in the rapids of Naruto. The handmade noodles are made with special techniques using only flour and water, and are delicious with a great texture! For an additional fee, you can request a large portion, so even those who want to eat a lot can rest assured. Please enjoy a bowl of udon with the gentle broth seeping through your body. At lunchtime, we also offer a set menu of udon and chirashi Sushi! This menu is only available until 2pm, and is 100 yen cheaper than ordering the noodles separately.

Don't miss the "Tenzaru Udon (1,310 yen)" set, which includes cold udon noodles made with hand-made Tempura rinsed in cold water and freshly fried tempura! The cold udon noodles and crispy shrimp and vegetable tempura are a perfect match, and can be enjoyed separately or together, depending on your preference. It's a hearty meal, so it's sure to satisfy both your stomach and your heart. Please give it a try.

We also recommend the "Hosoten Zaru Udon (1,350 yen)" which is a set of thin udon noodles and Tempura! It uses the same dough as the thick udon noodles, but you can enjoy a different texture and throat feel. The thin noodles are made using traditional techniques inherited from the previous generation, and are characterized by their smooth throat feel and chewy texture. It's fun to compare it with the thick noodles and feel the difference.
