[Visited in January 2024] This day is Oyster Festival. I feel like eating Oyster at least once a year. Meanwhile, I found an Oyster specialty store on the Hankyu Takarazuka Line. Get off at Hotarugaike, and it's about a 5-minute walk from the station. The exterior of the restaurant is stylish, and you can enjoy Oyster in a casual atmosphere. On this day, I wanted to eat Oyster and drink alcohol, so I opted for the all-you-can-drink course. ●7 Oyster bucket dishes @ 3,500 yen + all-you-can-drink @ 1,650 yen (total 5,150 yen) -Prosciutto Caesar salad - Directly from the farm! Comparison of two types of fresh summer oysters (on this day, they were produced in Mushiaki, Okayama Prefecture, and Momotori in Mie Prefecture) - French fries - Oven-roasted Oyster- gratin style - Jumbo fried Oyster- homemade tartar sauce - 750g bucket of steamed Oyster- Rich The all-you-can-drink cheese risotto is great with draft beer as well. And it's my favorite fragrant ale. It also goes great with Oyster. The alcohol continues to grow. All-you-can-drink also includes wine, so I was able to switch to wine halfway through and enjoy alcohol and Oyster. The cuisine is full of Oyster, living up to the name of the course. The bucket of steamed Oyster was impressive and overwhelming in volume. You can also eat Oyster cooked in a variety of ways: raw, fried, grilled, and steamed. It was quite satisfying.
