In order to ensure that everyone's meal is wonderful, our menu is created through a process in which we listen to the opinions of many tasting committee members, and the menu will not be adopted unless it is unanimously agreed upon. We have a wide selection of special dishes that you can enjoy to your heart's content, such as the tastes you remember from the local experiences and the blackboard menu where you can enjoy seasonal encounters. Our first store in Japan is a well-balanced fusion of the three restaurant we currently have in Hawaii, recreating the local atmosphere. Inheriting the techniques and traditions of local Executive Chef Hamamoto, we will create a special moment with the authentic taste of authentic ingredients and warm hospitality. You'll be sure to be satisfied to your heart's content with the dishes made with the same ingenuity as the main store, including the famous "Pasta with sea urchin cream sauce."
