Our chicken sashimi uses only fresh chicken and is strictly hygienic, but it is not sterile. Originally, the internal organs of chicken harbor a food-poisoning bacteria called Campylobacter, and to eliminate this bacteria, it is necessary to thoroughly cook the chicken to the center. Please order chicken sashimi at your own risk. Also, please refrain from eating if you are a child with a weak immune system, someone who is not feeling well, or someone who is not used to eating raw meat. In the unlikely event that you contract food poisoning, our store will only cover the actual treatment costs. Also, please consume chicken sashimi within 30 minutes of serving. If the plate is left unattended for more than 30 minutes, we will remove the plate.
