勘繰って焼きすぎてしまって、ぱっさぱさにしてしまう事が多いけど…
ベストな焼き具合で食べさせていただけるので
柔らかくってとってもジューシーな鶏肉が楽しめました！
あっさりお造りも良いけど
焼いて滲み出てくる脂の旨味も楽しみたいんだもの
