ここでは丹波地鶏を中心に新鮮なる野菜や肉を存分に堪能できます。品数は豊富でありバラエティーあふれる一品が出そろってます。僕が以前から食べたかった一品がいくつか出てきて思わず叫んでしまうほどテンションMAXでした。どれもが新鮮すぎて鶏の旨味が半端ない。刺身や低温調理や新鮮野菜などどれもがうまくて虜になりましたがその中で僕が最も気に入ったMVPをいくつか紹介します。
【だし唐揚げ】
ここの唐揚げは一度口に入れると鶏の旨味があふれ出して
鶏の柔らかさとジューシーさが半端なく、またダシにつけて
いるため独特とした味があふれ出ててまさに虜になる味です。
ちなみに冷めてもうまいです。
【メンチカツ南蛮】
これも鶏の旨味を凝縮されててあふれ出る鶏の旨味によって
虜になる一品です。甘酢につけてあるためタルタルの味とと
もに味わえばやみつきになること間違いなし
【地鶏のすき焼き】
地鶏を使ったすき焼きはこの時期にとって絶品になることは間違いなし。
割り下に浸った新鮮なる地鶏と野菜そして卵を絡ませば旨さは半端ない。
【和牛ユッケ釜飯】
これは釜飯の中でも今までで覆すほどの旨さを誇る一品です。
思わず叫んでしまうくらいテンションFULLMAXでした。肉
の旨味の黄身の旨さに引きつられて口に入れた瞬間まさに宇宙
のような感じでした。これは絶品間違いなしです。
