The tough meat is a sign of local chicken. The chickens are raised to be muscular free-range chickens under the bright sun and carefully selected for their feed. Miyazaki's free-range chicken is not skewered. Roast it while rolling it on a wire rack while wrapping it around the charcoal fan with one hand. This is a flavorful dish that fills your mouth with flavor the more you chew.
We accept various banquets! Courses are also available with all-you-can-drink options. Banquets for up to 30 people are also possible!
