地鶏が美味しい居酒屋がある。
そんな情報を聞いた友人が予約したこちらのお店で軽く飲み会。
エレベーターで７Fに上がると、お店の入口があります。
店内は、個室、半個室が中心でかなり広い。
100席近くあるのではないでしょうか？
その中の一つに部屋に案内していただい、乾杯！
冷たい生ビールが疲れを癒やしてくれます。
先ずは、肉刺し5種盛りを。
鶏肉、牛肉、馬肉の刺身が楽しめるお得な盛り合わせ。
内容は、鶏むね肉、砂肝、レバー、和牛のざぶとん、馬刺し。
しっかりと楽しむことができますよ。
地鶏が美味しい居酒屋なのですが、激辛メニューも充実しています。
石焼麻婆、スンドゥブ、激辛ニラ・・・
あ、激辛よだれ鶏もある！
というわけで、激辛よだれ鶏をお願いします。
見た感じは、本当にマニアックな辛さのように見えますが、食べてみると大丈夫。
普通に辛いのが好きに人だったら楽しめると思いますよ。
続いて、新潟名物栃尾揚げ。
普通の油揚げの2倍以上の厚さはあるでしょうか？
これの表面をカリッと焼いて、間に薬味を挟んだものです。
醤油を少し垂らしていただくと、これが想像以上に美味しい。
この栃尾揚げ、関西では中々お目にかかれないので、食べられるのは嬉しいですね。
そして、牛すじ土手煮。
具だくさんで満足度の高い一品。
一味をパラッとふっていただくと、お酒との相性も更にアップ！
こういうのを食べていると、また辛いメニューが恋しくなって、
思わずユッケジャンスープもお願いしちゃいました。
普通の居酒屋かと思いきや、中々技ありですね。
ちょっと嬉しくなってきますよ。
〆には、鯛と九条ネギの石焼ご飯をいただきます。
熱々の石の器に入って出てきて、刺身の鯛が乗っかっています。
それをご飯と一緒に石焼の器の中で混ぜ、おこげを作ります。
そして、そこに出汁をかけていただきます。
この〆めし、技ありですよ！
