After training at a Chinese Restaurants in a certain first-class hotel, I wanted to learn more about authentic Chinese cuisine, so I studied Chinese cuisine in mainland China and Taiwan. After a long
...but short life in China, I ended up with "unpretentious, delicious, everyday cuisine = home-style dishes." It's not exactly elegant, but the local people and I are crazy about eating. I was impressed by the atmosphere and food that reminded me of "home," and I study every day to try to get as close to that as possible. We'll open up all our Chinese cuisine drawers, from standard dishes to unusual dishes we encountered locally, and all of our staff look forward to welcoming you.
