お肉の質が私好み
２００９年１２月 再訪
久しぶりに家族が揃うと言うことで行こうとなった、みーとがぁでん。
しかーーーし、アホの長男が自分から行きたいと言うておきながら
土壇場で友達と約束してしもたとドタキャン・・・・
仕方がないので長男抜きで行ってきました（爆）
こちらの焼き肉屋さんは、刺しの入ったお肉ばかりではなく
私の好きな赤身がお手頃価格でご奉仕されているので嬉しさ倍増です♪
そしてもう一つの好物、てっちゃんもプリっとした脂身を携えて
旨味と甘みを振りまいてくれます（大袈裟）

誤解がないように言っておきますが、こちらのお店では
そらもう立派な霜降りのお肉もございまして、A-5かA-4かよくは知らないけど
由緒正しいお肉様も勢ぞろいなのでお好みの方もご満足されることでしょう！
私も1-2切れやったら食べれんこともないけど
あんまり高級なお肉を食べつけると身体が受付けない仕組みなのです（爆）
この日も、次男がお肉を食べまくっている間は
チマチマと端っこで、てっちゃんを焼いたり、レバーを焼いたりして楽しんでおりました
ここのお店はレバーもまた美味い！ 刺身でよし、焼いてよし！
とくに焼いたレバーは、くさみなんか全くなくプリっとした身が堪りませんぜ。
先のレビューにも書いていることなんですが
ほんとここのお店ではもう、子供が小学校の時分からなので相当通ってますが
一度たりとも、おいおい・・・・って目に遭わされたことがありません。
本当によいお店やと思います。

基本的に霜降りのお肉は気持ちが悪くて苦手なんです。
ここのお肉は、無駄にサシの入っていないところがいいですね。
特に俺はここのホルモンが好きで
子供らはお肉をがっついている横で、ちまちまと
てっちゃんや赤センなどを焼いてます＾＾；
ここのお肉の美味さの秘訣は、やはり店主の
熟成管理が行き届いているからでしょう！
しかも焼肉屋にありがちな暴利を貪るお店ではないので
ほんと安心して来れます。
もう５-６年以上通ってますが、一度たりとも
おやっと思うようなお肉を出されたことはありません。
