前日に予約して訪れました。
店内に入ったところ、少し遅めの時間を予約したせいか空いていました。
頼んだのは、牛タンステーキ180g＆盛岡冷麺と、いちぼステーキ120g。
初めに前菜、スープと出てきます。
どれも丁寧に作ってありますね。
牛タンは一口サイズでした。牛タンとしては肉はかなり柔らかく、驚きました。
いちぼはもちろん一枚です。肉のうまみを十分に感じました。
脂身は少なく見えましたが、十分ジューシーでした。
盛岡冷麺は酸味は弱め。麺に弾力もありおいしく頂けました。
ランチは非常にお得に感じました。また訪れたいです。
肉のうまみを堪能できました。
ランチはかなりお得ですね。
