I had Kawadoko cuisine at Otowa Sanso Umeyashiki in Minoh Park. We had booked the second part, and when we returned from Minoh Falls, it was just in time. There were 4 groups including us. Autumn Kawadoko Kaiseki (5,000 yen including tax) ⠀ Nose Ginger (500 yen), non-alcoholic beer (500 yen) ⠀ I didn't feel like drinking, so I had a soft drink. Nose Ginger is delicious with strong carbonation and plenty of ginger. There is a red lantern right above it, so the whole dish is red. Dishes: Soaked Kintoki grass, Grilled silver salmon, Pumpkin cake, Egg wrapped in dashi soup, Saikyo-yaki Tanba chicken, Boiled chestnut brandy, Cooked lotus root. Items: Boiled flying dragon head, autumn leaves, silk hollyhock, side dish: Yoro tofu with delicious dashi jelly, pickled chrysanthemum, ginkgo, salmon roe, spiked perilla, vinegared side dish: grilled salmon, swordfish stick with vinegar, bellows cucumber, soymilk konjac noodles, vinegared ginger , Yuzu vinegar gelatinette Shokado, which has four compartments, is a feast for the eyes as each piece is elegantly seasoned to make the most of the ingredients. I especially liked the pumpkin castella! Taiwan Seafood small pot (salmon, shrimp, scallops, sea bream, shrimp dumplings, grilled conger eel, Chinese cabbage, mizuna, enoki, white onion, wetland, green tea noodles) The small pot is filled with plenty of ingredients. Seafood soup stock is also available. It was so good that I drank it all!
