Using Sustainable Ingredients
[Sustainable Vision] We aim to realize a sustainable environment and society based on the concept of "gastronomy tourism" that allows you to fully enjoy the local food culture. We will contribute to a sustainable food culture and regional revitalization through a renovated 150-year-old traditional house on a hill in Nose Town, and through a food experience that allows you to experience the seasons and nature with all five senses. (Won the 2022 Noham Award from the Japan Noham Association in the category of valuing the lives of living things)
