マグロの希少部位や牡蠣も4つの産地のものがあり、非常に豊富なラインナップ
初手のお刺身から感じられるレベルの高さ
北海道仙鳳趾産の牡蠣は粒がでかい!
臭みも一切なく、とても瑞々しくて海のミルクをまさしく体現
そして牡蠣のチーズ焼き
これまたとんでもなくうまい
牡蠣とチーズってこんなに合うんやって再認識させられた一品
そしてTOP写真に据え置いたトロたく巻
トロの脂のノリが最高でめちゃくちゃ美味かった
マグロも牡蠣も美味しい良いお店でした
心残りは鯖寿司を食べ忘れていたこと・・・品切れやったマグロの喉仏のスペアリブと併せてリベンジしたい
