中国薬膳料理「凛 追立別館」＠守口のステーキランチコース先週末は長女の誕生日祝いという事で、家族で守口市駅そばにある中国薬膳料理「凛 追立別館」へ食事に行きました。
建物は、それぞれ長崎の洋館風な座敷がある別の建物が中に並んでいるという凝った意匠で、トイレなんかは離れを模した作りになっていて、次女が妙に喜んでいました。
次女は肉と野菜の焼きそば単品（これが意外にボリュームがあって絶品！）を頼み、長女は中華コースにして、大人2人は山形牛のサーロインステーキコースと張り込みました。こんなご馳走、親父の自腹じゃ絶対無理だな（笑）。
ではコースの内容をそれぞれ書いてみますと・・・
まずは薬膳トマトのハーブサラダ。コンフィしたような甘いトマトとオイスターソースとバルサミコ酢のドレッシングがさっぱりして絶妙。
フカヒレのミルクスープ。上湯の上品な味とクリーミーさが意外と合います。フカヒレもしっかり入ってました。
自家製醤油を使ったソースが添えられた山形牛のステーキ。肉質は申し分ないものの、焼き加減が指定よりも弱くて冷めていたのが残念・・・ソースも凝ってるけど冷たいし、あまり肉に合ってませんね。
焼き車海老の薬膳粥。黒米や赤米がブレンドされた粥は海老のダシが効いていて滋味。
いちご餡のごま団子だそうです。甘いモノが苦手なので長女にあげました（笑）。
クリーミーで濃厚な杏仁豆腐。1個だけ食べてこれも長女にプレゼント。
全体的に上質でボリュームがあり、デザートをあげても腹一杯になりましたよ。サービスも親切かつフレンドリーで良かったです。
ただ、ステーキはメインだっただけにやや残念な感じ。普通の焼きそばが抜群に美味しかったので、ここはステーキなどの創作系よりも直球な中国料理を頼むほうが良いかもしれませんね～。
