The store is on the 3rd floor of a building, but it has a very clean and beautiful entrance. Enter inside. wide! And the store is so clean! But the store is empty...why? As a result, it turned out to be the only surprise at this store! There might be customers in the back, but there was no one in my line of sight, so I felt a little nervous, but I decided to sit at the counter anyway. Here is the menu we received this time. ◆Kagatobi (Ishikawa)/Gokukan Junmai Dry (627 yen) I had one cold, and it was solid and dry. ◆Lemon Sour (495 yen) ◆Tessa (1200 yen) I ordered it because I really wanted to eat it, but it was very refreshing and delicious, and it goes well with sake, so I ordered it and it was a good idea♪ ◆Tai Mozuku (450 yen) A little The strong acidity and the slightly thicker mozuku were both "slightly" good, but they were rather delicious...well, they were just average. ◆Chawanmushi (440 yen) ◆Various types of Sushi I thought all of them were reasonably delicious, and the store is large and clean, so I think it's easy to use and can be used for any occasion. I thought it wouldn't be strange if there were a few more customers, but why are there so few? Also, why is the restaurant called Bikkuri Sushi?
