I chose the nearest station for a New Year's dinner with Kuzuha's parents and made a reservation. The appetizer was three types of mentaiko. First, I ordered Hakata Teppanyaki Gyoza / Dumpling, Hakata skin skewers, and collagen salad with colorful vegetables. Among these, the Hakata skin skewers were delicious. Next, I ordered Satsuma-age, Sakurajima radish and cream cheese potato salad, and Nakasu Yakitori. I think the potato salad with Sakurajima radish and cream cheese is delicious. The mustard in Kumamoto Karashi Lotus Root is too spicy, so I feel like I should give it a break. Finish off with Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) from a food stall. This is normal sauce Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). I was offered fish horse mackerel sashimi, but I didn't order it.
