I went to Sugitama, a Sushi located a 3-minute walk from Korien Station in Neyagawa City. This time I used it for lunch. I ordered a set of 12 pieces of Sushi Sushi and red soup stock. This time I changed the red soup stock to udon noodles. I also use very good material. The sardines are also fresh and not grassy. We also use some really good sea bream and salmon roe! Although the udon noodles have a simple seasoning, they are quite good when eaten between Sushi meals. It's a shame that the floor was so sticky, but it was a nice shop! Thank you for the meal!
