誕生日のお祝いで、妻に連れて来てもらいました。
コースで肉コース「肉助」を最初に注文。低温加熱レバー、ナムル盛合わせ、冷麺など注文。キムチの盛合せが無くなってビックリしました。
コースのお肉はどれもこれも美味しい。
のですが、赤身のお肉が以前より硬くなった気がします。レバーも若干、血生臭さもあり、それが少し残念でしたが、三角バラやクラシタはバツグンに美味しかったです。
