This is about the dinner at Hotel Seiryu where I stayed for my grandmother's US jubilee anniversary. By the way, Restaurants in Hotel Seiryu has Japanese-style meal, Chinese, and Teppan-yaki, all of which are named "Kyoku". The restaurant is a chic marble structure with simple decorations. The lighting is low and the atmosphere is chic and mature. Compared to the other Restaurants restaurants in Seiryu, Teppan Sosaku Dining "Kyoku" has a smaller seating capacity. The restaurant is packed with six people at the counter and four people at the tables. The counter seats are the best seats to enjoy teppan cuisine live, but we had four little ones aged 0-4, so we took the table seats. The food was a conversation piece, and the chopsticks never stopped moving. Although it is a teppan dish, what impressed me the most was the rice with beef tenderloin flakes (;^_^A I even thought about buying it through mail order and doing it at home (lol) - free shipping! The floor staff at the pole was friendly and helpful, and I had a good impression of them. However, I still wish I had enjoyed Teppan-yaki at the counter. I had my kids and there were 12 of us, so we were assigned a table (which was over capacity), but it would have been a great memory for my grandmother who had never seen teppan cuisine before to see a flambé. I'm going to use a picture of flambé from French cuisine and Teppan-yaki in Nara City. ~I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but I'm sure it's a good idea.
