Thanks to you, we have reached our 25th year since our establishment. When we first opened, couples came to our restaurant, and before we knew it, three generations were enjoying Yakitori (grilled chi
...cken skewers) together. At the same time, three brothers who grew up eating Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) also started working with their father, and all of them have created Toriichiban as it is today. If there are other reservations or customers waiting, we ask that customers take turns after an hour and a half. This way of doing business is made possible by the consideration shown to customers by Toriichiban and the restaurant's efforts to respond to those feelings. Toriichiban is not Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) or an ordinary Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), but it may be best to use it like a Ramen shop. We value the distance between us and our customers so that even first-time customers can easily enter, and we would be extremely happy if we could increase the number of fans who love Toriichiban, rather than regulars. We will do our best, trial and error, to become the ultimate restaurant that is attractive in every aspect, not just in taste! Don't expect too much, relax, and enjoy the little happiness♪
