いまで11年くらいのお店です。
八尾のお店含め 3回めの利用です。
開店して3〜4年は お客様ほとんど入ってなくて、潰れちゃうんじゃないかとヒヤヒヤしましたが
炭焼ステーキと炭焼ハンバーグでじわじわファンを増やして、ウイルス騒ぎにもめげず、今はよくお客様入っています。
10年経って根づいて花を咲かせた感じです。
今回 家族3人で夜に利用
※父は炭焼サーロイン 1880yen+ライスサラダセット480yen (ライスはおかわり自由)
※母は炭焼ヘレステーキ 1680yen
※私は炭焼ハンバーグ 980yen+サラダ280yen
私は初めてハンバーグをいただきました。
スタッフが目の前で半分にカットしてくれるサービスなのであっという間に火がハンバーグの中心まで通ります。
ソースはオニオンソース、
まずはオススメ岩塩を2種かけて下さい、とのこと。
でしたが、岩塩は少し塩辛くて
つけあわせ野菜やステーキには美味しいけど、ハンバーグには、、私はあんまり好みじゃなかったです。
ステーキは父母に好評でしたし
わたしも前回八尾店で頂いたステーキの印象が良かったので、このお店では私はステーキの方が推し！です。\(•ㅂ•)/
