肉割烹レベルの中ではトップクラスに好きなお店
今日は芸人ファミリーレストランの原田さんと一緒に会食。
２回転目に来たのははじめてかな。

タンのスープでとった深みのある茶碗蒸し

美味いな〜焼く前は甘味が凄い

新鮮な張りのあるハツ。食感が良い

薬味を巻いて。口の温度でとろける。

ザクザクな食感。抜群の火入れ。
自家製のレモンの薬味が良い

厚切りだー。この厚みでじっくり焼くことで
ジューシーな旨味が口の中に広がります。
★雲丹と生肉の海苔巻き
おいしい雲丹とおいしい生肉。そりゃおいしい。
大きい塊のヘレ肉
大迫力ですね。
